That is just about two months away, so it will be here before we know it! Until then, training camps for the NFL will start in the middle to end of July depending on the team.

The earliest start will be for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with rookies having to report on July 17th, through veterans can wait until the 24th to have to report to camp.

The rookie reporting for each team fluctuates, but all of them will be in by July 26th, when the Steelers, Chargers, and Giants have mandatory reporting for both rookies and veterans the same day.

You can feel it in the air as practices are held, and new plays are instituted. New players are adjusting to their new teams and teammates, while all try to work together for that one common goal.

There are certainly some teams that many are looking forward to in training camp, with some offseason acquisitions as well as NFL Draft picks from back in April.

The Cincinnati Bengals will be the team focused on once against for HBO’s ‘Hard Knocks’ series, which will follow Cincinnati training camp through the preseason and up to the start of Week 1 of the regular season.

This is always an interesting show, because it really does give fans an inside look at exactly how a training camp works, and how an organization has to make these tough decisions day-in and day-out when it comes to getting it down to that final 53-man roster.
